DCX UX Studio
I lead and manage most internal and external Foundry UX events, along with client visits, with a strong focus on fostering meaningful client relationships, gathering valuable insights, and maximizing the impact of every project presentation and engagement.
The UX Studio also serves as a collaborative Design Thinking and innovation workshop space, where I regularly facilitate client-focused workshops tailored to business and user experience requirements.

Mindful Connections
At the Mindful Connections Lab in Capgemini, I was responsible for conducting usability testing for both web and mobile applications. I planned and facilitated user testing sessions, observed user interactions, and gathered qualitative feedback. The findings were analyzed to identify usability issues and recommend improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
