• Defined UX strategy for EAF platform supporting 50,000+ users
• Led a team of UX designers, researchers, and developers to create scalable AI-powered enterprise experiences
• Built enterprise design systems and reusable frameworks reducing design and development effort by 30%
• Integrated GPT-powered copilots enabling knowledge discovery, workflow automation, and decision intelligence
• Improved platform adoption by 40% through user-centered design and workflow optimization
• Partnered with product, engineering, and business leadership to align UX strategy with organizational goals
• Redesigned the platform so multiple customers could use the same system securely (multi-tenancy).

As a core member of the founding team, I was involved from the inception of the Enterprise Automation Fabric (EAF), Capgemini's enterprise automation platform. I contributed to envisioning, designing, and developing the application, helping to shape its architecture, capabilities, and overall direction.
